Hire an all-terrain mobility scooter from Grange Library and enjoy a choice of two all-ability routes taking in the awe-inspiring vistas of the Bay. We rely on volunteers being available. Please make booking enquiries at least 48hrs before your preferred time.

FREE Tramper hire Roudsea Woods

FREE Tramper hire, to help you explore the beautiful nature reserve at Roudsea Woods. Reserving the Tramper is essential but they are completely free to use. Donations are welcome to help us cover the costs of running this service. A Tramper is an all-terrain mobility scooter which is safe to use on most kinds of rough ground such as stoney tracks or steep woodland trails but also good on pavements and walkways.

Low Sizergh Barn

Cafe and farm shop on family organic dairy farm on A591 3.5 miles from Kendal, with a raw milk vending machine! On the W2W and Lakes and Dales cycle routes so a welcome stop for hungry, thirsty cyclists. Many wonderful low level walks pass the farm. Time a visit for 3.30pm and watch the cows being milked. Farm trail and campsite too.
