Available March - October. Hire an all-terrain mobility scooter (Tramper) and enjoy a choice of two all-ability routes taking in the awe-inspiring vistas of the Bay. We rely on our friendly volunteers being available so please make booking enquiries at least 48hrs before your preferred time.

Sunderland Point Tramper hire point

Sunderland Point accessible route and hire point.Nestled on the edge of Morecambe Bay between the River Lune and the Irish Sea, there are two spectacular routes to explore the intriguing history of the fourth busiest port in the UK during the 18th century. Access is by tidal road and bookings are subject to volunteer availability so it's important to plan your visit. Please make booking enquiries at least 3 days before your preferred time.

Bay Lines - Beach of Dreams

Bay Lines - Beach of Dreams was a programme of community participation events celebrating the natural environment, the walking routes and the cycle ways. Working with international arts organisation, Kinetika in collaboration with Rosa Productions, we encouraged people to explore Morecambe Bay on foot (or wheels where suitable) and join in a collective and creative community experience. Get Cycling Morecambe Bay

Over the summer, we worked with Everybodys Cycling to offer free cycling experiences in Morecambe & Lancaster. 73 bikes were fixed by the Bike Doctor, 830 kids took part in bike try-outs at school and 428 people took part in a weekend of cycling attractions.
